This heavenly, vanilla-bean-speckled cake is a new favourite here at The Little Orangery - even we are puzzled as to how a 100% vegan recipe can taste so…un-vegan!
Our Vegan Vanilla Bean Cake recipe will be kept hush-hush (for now), but we’d love to share the list of ingredients for peace of mind should you place an order for one of our celebration cakes or a batch of cupcakes!
Nuttelex (Buttery), canola oil, castor sugar, vanilla bean paste, almond milk (unsweetened), apple cider vinegar, aqua faba (fanciful term for chickpea juice), cake flour, baking powder, + pink sea salt.
We will always opt for organic products where possible, too!
